I have had problems with brain fog for a couple of years, I didn't know what it was called until I read your postings. I have taken to my DR. and said it could be from taking anti depressants. It is very frustrating to have to search for words and my memory is shot. My mom and sister and most the women in my family have bad memories. We would laugh about it but now I'm scared. My mom has been diagnosed with fibromayalcia. She has tons of problems and is on so much medication. I started having muscle twitches and it is getting worse so I decided to see what it might be. I was worried it could be parkisons but found out there are more diseases out there that I didn't know about. I'm going to call a doctor tomorrow and make an appointment. It is comforting to know that I'm not alone and I'm not crazy. I don't have the cold feet or hands. I have had insomnia for years so I don't get much sleep. I have been tired where I would take a little nap but it has gotten better. Has anyone been diagnosed or found out what could be causing these problems? Thanks, Lori

Medication
Yes, I found out why I was having muscle twitches. I went to the ER, they did blood work to make sure I had enough potassium. I got a IV drip with muscle relaxant. I was told that the medication I was on had a side effect of muscle twitches. I had been on it for a long time but my dose was increased a few months ago and I didn't even give it a second thought. I lowered the dose back to what it was and no more twitches. I had the twitches so bad, I thought I had Parkinsons. Lori Smile
