you sounds a little bit stressed...
Take it easy..why shud you go before nything..thinking you have a serious prob...
You have nothin..but just a thot of fear.....
it may be anxiety...you shud better consult someone who might find the exact cause for your stress.....
You can have a counselling,that may help you to live a good life...

Be positive..hope that you have nothing.....you are alright...n better you shud talk with someone whom you are so free with about what u r undergoing...
soemtimes some particular situations as u mentioned illness of a loved one..n all may affect your mind..that u might not understand tht time...you cud feel it later...but it will go aftr a while...Talk to sumone abt your probs...
