Extremely eHealthy
Our free will developed as our brain size increased and developed the large association areas we use for rational thought. Its simple biology; there is nothing mystical or mythical about it.

I think we have absolutely free will except for controlling death. We just have to understand that we may come under fire from society by doing anything we want. I could shoot somebody if I wanted to. That is free will. But I would most certainly pay for it. In jail, I can do what i want, but there again may be consequences.

I still think we're too influenced by our environment and genes to have true autonomy.

I have the free will not to pay my taxes. But 99% of Americans will pay their taxes anyway because of the consequences and social expectations. Is that really free will? I don't think so. Not to mention what we wear, say, read, watch, eat, etc....
