Yesterday morning I work up with a cramp in my neck. I've cought one before but not like this one. I could't move my neck to the left at all or it would hurt real bad. It was like that all day and I had work and was soo misberable. The left side of my head was hurting so bad and plus the pain in my neck. I sleep real bad last night because every direction I turned it, it would hurt. So i just slept on my back. Today the pain is still there. Last night I tired heating pad and a icy hot cream. Any suggestions on what i should or can do? Anything would help right about now.
