Q: Pain In Right Side

I have this intense pain under my rib cage on my right side. It started in my collar bone and then radiated to directly under my rib cage. Not low, but mid abdomen. I also am running a low fever. My 10 year old daughter has the exact same thing. She actually started with the pain 2 days ago and is now recovering. My pain hurts to move, breathe, cough, sniff, etc. Any ideas. I can't believe that it would be my gallbladder since my daughter has it too. My Dr. office is closed today. I will call again tomorrow, but just thought I'd check here for any advice.

Thanks!
