what are the risks to getting a blood clot after a orthoscopic knee surgery, I already had a clot about a year a go when i received a femeral rod in my leg

Microfracture Surgery on Right Knee
I had microfracture surgery on my right knee 3 weeks ago.
Behind my right calf is extremell painful.
Is this normal to to be expected?
