So Embarrassing...not getting erection

im sorry for this being so long but its a long story
im an 18 year kid in good shape. about 2 years ago when i started hangin out with girls and experimenting i noticed that i wasnt getting erections when i definetly should have been. i used to masterbate around 5 days a week and never had too much trouble getting erect and stay that way, but it was a very rare occasion to be able to perform with my gf. well 2 years went by and the problem not only didnt get better but seemed to get worse. i actually have trouble getting an erection while masterbating and never get morning wood.

i got so fed up with it around 2 months ago that i talked to my father about it. he scheduled an appointment with a urologist, the doc. took a blood test and when i went back for the follow up he told me my testosterone levels were incredibly low, especially for my age. he gave me a sample of cealis (sp?) and gave me the number for an endocrinologist (sp?) it was weird, that cealis really didnt work at all btw. went and talked to him and again took a blood test. this time my levels were perfectly normal yet i was still unable to attain an erection. it seemed to help if i hadnt masterbated in upwards of 4-5 days (long time) but that is way too long to wait. so the docs told me theres nothin wrong with me, i just have to wait nearly a week after a release to be able to perform...?!?!?!? ive had alot of weird looks from gf's while they were on their knees and this is so freakin embarresing i cant even describe it. any info is appreciated!

That doesn't seem normal to me. Did you see the endocrinologist or just your regular doctor again?

If your doctor is trying to tell you that it's normal, see a different one. That's my advice.

It worries me that your testosterone levels were low the first time. I would push them to figure that out. Or see another doctor who will be of more help.

Otherwise, if there's nothing physically wrong, it could be a mental issue, perhaps a sex therapist?

sex therapist is out. its not mental because i can attain an erection after like 5 days or so. i also found it really odd that my levels were low at first. they also took an mri of my pituitary and there was nothing wrong with that....im just out of ideas and frustrated to say the least

I'd say continue on with doctors and find out why you are low one time and normal another. Did those days coincide with presence or absence of masturbation?

How's your diet? Raw fruits and veggies? Exercise? Supplements?

my diet is fairly healthy for a teenager, if not a little better. im training to be a navy seal so im definely excercising enough. lift around 4-5 dyas a week, run 5 days a week and swim 7 days a week. what effect would fruits and veggies have?
