Recently I went to the doctors for a check up because I have been a bit off colour i have been getting strange pains in my abdomonmen and aches in my arm that aren't muscle and flesh that throb. I noticed when I drink alcohol or am feeling stressed even though I am sleeping I get black eyes and my skin gets a a sallow yellow tinge.

I went to my doctor who sent me for blood tests and told me my liver function test showed that my liver was 18 units above normal and that usually when this happens my bilirubin should levels should increase but mine have dropped to 5 units below average. She has sent me for hepatitis tests, diabetes tests and just general blood tests over the past month but still the tests are not showing that it has dropped within normal ranges. She tapped my liver out and told me it was not enlarged

She has told me in a month we will test again to see if it shows that it has dropped back to normal but I am steadily feeling more run down and tired all the time even though I have slept. I am not in pain but sometime get odd stabbing pains around where my liver should be situated. Recently I the pain has come back in my arm and it throbs every few seconds in waves like something is being pushed through my veins. I keep getting odd aches and pains and just feel tired all the time.

What is wrong with me?
