Q: What Would You Change to Releave Your Anxiety?

Lets look at the world we live in today. And lets take a moment to reflect on all the things we do in our daily lives. The life we lead now has become a very stressful routine. We get up every morning and either go to work or go to school just to find stress everywhere we look. Things seems to be so much harder to keep up with these days. IMHO, it is very hard for a person young and old to live a stress free life anymore.
In saying this, what do you think could change things to make our daily lives a little bit better to cope with.
I will speak for myself first off and say that my first thing would be is to try and eleveate some of the stress in the workplace. Not enough staff, way to much work on our shoulders and long hours with not much pay increase to meet the higher prices of our needs.

I would really like to hear you views on how you think things could be done differently to remove some of the stress in your lives.

LMBO....I think if I won the lottery I would be more stressed out after I spent it all on crap and had none left for important things. That was a good one Georgia59. Cool

Your Too Funny!
But right. All that crap I would buy would be important to me. Like a vaction for a couple months and then move to Austrailia for sure. Maybe health care is better there. Maybe they have a new miricle theorpy for us. LOL, in my dreams right? Considering the U.S. is very slow on approving new things. I would probably spend most of it on a new mind and body! Maybe they can clone me into health. Laughing

Hugs,

Carrie

Yes, moving somewhere with better healthcare. A new house for my parents (and myself of course), college for my children, a car that doesn't break down.....
