Pregnancy Community Chat Forum - Update On Ultrasound!

Sooo...I had my 25 week(I make 25weeks tomorrow) appointment today!!

I told him I was miffed about not being able to find out the sex.
And he said "well why wouldn't you be able to find out the sex?"
And I said "because you don't do that right? that's what the lady at the front desk said....."
And he said "well that's funny, because you're ultrasound is at your next appointment. I don't like doing them too early becuase I'd like my accuracy to be higher."

WHEW!!! THANK GOD!!

But other than that...I'm right on track with everything. weight, fundal height, blood pressure!

I had to get blood work and my Rhogam shot today...sucked. But it's good now! All done!!

Thanks for all yalls input!!!!!
I'm DEF going to find out the sex!!

I might do the 4d for fun maybe around 30 weeks!

Glad everything went well with the appointment. I had to get the Rhogam shot when I was pregnant too! Can't wait to see the u/s pics!

well thats good! i was worried we wouldnt get to know. lol. fundal is a funny word. i havent had to have that shot thank goodness cuz everyone said it sucked. whens your next appt?

aww good! I bet thats a huge load off. Even if you decided not to find out, not having the option to find out would really drive me nuts!
I absolutely HATED getting my rhogam shots, It always hurt like hell , I think the worst one was the one they gave me after I had Bella... definately not fun.

25 weeks? Wow that's gone quick! Do you have any feeling as to what you're having? because i just knew Mika was a girl even though Dom thought i was going mad lol

Thanks yall!! I'm super relieved!!!

The Rhogam shot hurt like a MOTHER! I've got a bruise the size of a dime on my hip!! And I *NEVER* bruise!!! She must have punched me with the needle!! JESUS! lol!

I have NO idea what this baby's gonna be!! I mean NO clue!! With Oni, I KNEW it was a girl! I had NO doubts that she was a girl!!

But with this one...I just draw a blank! I think I"m assuming it's a girl. But what if they tell me it's a boy?!!? lol! I'll be totally thrown offfff!!!

I'll try to take some belly pics todayyy!!! They'll be from a web cam...but who cares right?! lol!

Oh, I FORGOT to mention!! My next appt is November 12th at 1pm!!!!

But I have a question. And I should TOTALLY know this...

The nurse asked me if the appt was for 2 weeks or a month. And I just blurted out "a month".

SO she made the appt.

Well I was talking to my good friend who has 2 babies and SHE asked me "so the next appt is in 2 weeks?" n
ANd I said "no. but that's funny that you ask!! When SHOULD I go every 2 weeks?"

From what *I* remember about Oni, it was at 30 weeks that I started going bi weekly. Or maybe even later.

i think it's every 2 weeks after 28 weeks.

It's a boy! I can't wait until the us proves me right! lol! Sarah! I miss you!!!!!! I haven't been on yahoo cuz I was stuck squatting at the new house for the last few days so I could deal with contractors, paint, etc, etc. I couldn't go home bcuz my car was in the shop. But it's out now and I'm home!!!!
