I had protected sex with a woman about 2 months ago. We did it for about 2 minutes and when i pulled out, I noticed that the condom was a bit pinkish from maybe some blood.

Could this be from an std or possible other problem?

One swollen lymph node, a few times a week i have urine that has a very very strong odor, abdominal cramps and some pain/discomfort under my belly button.
