When can you start giving your baby whole milk? The Doctor told me to wait two more months and then she will be 11 months. Why do they want you to wait? Some help please.

12 months is usually the average but it does also depend on the development of the child

Extremely eHealthy
Wic told me to wait until she was 11 months but we went to the doc when she was 10 months I believe & he said we could start giving her some then. We just did 6oz formula & 2 oz milk for a while then slowly upped it so there was no formula. I don't see why you couldn't start doing that!
