I haven't been doing my self exams lately because I don't get my period anymore and that used to be my reminder.... 80 I'll get right on that.

I had a dream I had breast cancer last night. I had this big lump.
I don't really do these checks, I know I should. but I don't really know what I'm looking for, like, if there's any lumps would they be really obvious or like soft??

Well the funny thing is that women's breasts are naturally lumpy, so you have to practice and get to know what they feel like. And always do it at the same time in your cycle, because your breasts will change throughout. (So like always do it when you get your period or something)

You can probably google breast self exams and find good instructions.
