Ear, Nose and Throat Disorders Forum - Tongue Feels Strained.why?

I've noticed my tongue feels strained over the past few weeks.
The muscle on the side won't relax. It bothers me more at certain times of day. I do night grind and have some jaw muscle issues, but this tongue problem is new. Anyone know anything about this, or how to make it better?

ahhh I have had this before. My doctor said it was a strain in my tounge. Give it a while and you will feel it less and less.
