i used to cut myself and it took a while for me to quit doing it but now when ever i get really stressed or just cant handle things my boyfriend freaks because he is scared i am going to do it again what can i say to him to make him relax about it?

Just outline that you're not going to do it again because that part of your life is behind you. Aslong as you are happy now and know that you won't do it again that's all that matters, he will get the picture sooner or later when you don't do it anymore

well i have done it one time since i stopped and that was when i got into some !**@! with my life and i almost went to the hospital so he freaked out and told me if it happened again then we were over Sad

Saying that to you isn't going to help you, threatening someone in to stopping self harming is never going to help it will make you more likely to do it. If my boyfriend said that to me (before we had our daughter obviously) i'd be the one telling him it's over
