The Eat to Live Diet recommends basically natural foods, avoiding processed foods. It is not aimed specifically at gout, but claims to help people make a full recovery from gout, hypertension and diabetes, amongst other illnesses.
I have tried 1 tsp cider vinegar/honey 1/2 cup water for some time without suiccess, and also 1 squeezed lemon with 1/2 cup of water, without any relief from gout.
