I had a sexual encounter with a sex worker, 2-3 months back. It was my first time. I just had oral sex (blowjob) with a condom on. It was my first time and i have been very afraid ever since then of getting STD.

Today,i masturbated and after 10mins i went to pee and i saw there was something yellow on the tip of my penis. I used water to take it out and i saw that it was like some kind of cotton wool. It was not a substance,it was exactly like cotton wool but yellow in color, i touched it and again it was like cotton wool and when i tried to tear it,it tore and i THINK it had cotton wool like material.

But i cannot understand how yellow cotton wool got in there,certainly not in my shorts and i don't have yellow cotton wool. Can someone please tell me what that can be? I am worried sick right now.
