You haven't given me a clue as to what exercises to give you nor why or how. Give me these informations, and on my free time I will PM you with a generalized work out. Give them in detail, like where you were injured for instance.

Most importantly
Goal? (why are you working out and what do you expect to see at the end of the road)
How long are you willing to take to reach this goal?
Family Medical History? (do you have any known disorders, issues that may be genetic within your family)
Personal Medical History? (Any health issues I should know about? For instance, if you had a heart attack before, or surgeries, etc)
Personal Injuries? (Did you physically get injured anywhere in the past that may affect your work outs, or do you have pains in your body when you do certain things)
What is your lifestyle? (Tell me what you usually do, like student, soccer team, gaming, etc)
How old are you?
How tall are you?
How much do you weigh?

On a side note, what has everybody else told you? Yes, they tend to be different, I'm not saying I'm great at being a personal trainer, I'm still highly inexperienced, but I know a lot. But to let you know, a LOT of the personal trainers in gyms aren't even worthy to be one, sometimes the gym just picks a guy because he is HUGE and offers him a job, he could be a complete meathead and not know anything but bench pressing and shoulder pressing a gazillion pounds. Many of them don't even have a certification to be a personal trainer, you are suppose to have one to be considered "official", I got one last summer =). I want to take specialized certifications though.
