Hi,

I have a degenerating disc or two in my lower back. Anyone know of anything that might help? I take strontium, chondroitin, glucosamine, MSM, calcium. I get on an inversion table some, and I do back exercises. Am consideirng acupuncture.

Would really like a cure or close to it. Who wouldn't.
