In the early stages of pregnancy, yes, you may not feel like eating anything at all and the sight of food is the last sight you want to see.

Don't worry, it will go away. If it doesn't, you aren't alone: I know a woman who is only able to drink 7-up while in the first and second trimesters for every single pregnancy and has to use an IV as well.... Hopefully you will never have to go through something like that.

If you are worried that your lack of appetite will affect the baby, being sick for the first trimester isn't going to hurt the baby a bit. Anything the baby needs he is going to get from you, and it's not going to be anything that you can't catch up on later on.

My sense of smell was so enhanced that I couldn't even be in the house when someone was mixing a glass of chocolate milk! I was completely turned off by food and drinks. Even water smelled bad to me. It is quite normal to feel this way early in pregnancy. Darn hormones. Good luck with your pregnancy!
