Q: Breast Discharge

I have an odd creamy white substance that every once in awhile comes from my breasts. I've never been pregnant though. I read in Seventeen magazine that it could be a symptom of breast cancer or thyroid disease. Is this true!? Shocked

Not sure, but it also could be a cause of several other things. Maybe even a hormonal inbalance. Have you tried medical docs online yet? to ask questions and look up symptoms?

No I haven't talked to any. I don't know of any sites that I can do that or any doctors that I could talk to. Is that possible on this site? Or do you have any recommendations? I've looked up symptoms for thyroid and none of them seem to have discharge from breasts as a symptom but I haven't looked up breast cancer.

It is possible to ask a doctor a question on this site. Up top near New Topic and all that, you should see an "Ask A Doctor" button.
