I was wondering. My girlfriend has mono.
She has had an odd symptom and I was wondering if it could be related
to the mono.
She has had swelling in her lips and her hands and one time in her feet.
Not constant. It has only come a couple of times.

I remember when my friend had mono in high school (YEARS ago)
he said his face swelled up alot.

Can mono cause this or should she be concerned and ask the doctor to look for other things?

Thanks!
