Hello everybody!

If somebody know to answer me what do i have to eat with diagnose CIN 1?
I'm taking Vitamin C 1000 mg, Vitamine A C E Selenium, and what you suggest to eat to beat the CIN, because i;ve heard that with the right feeding CIN can disappear...

I was told the same (but to prevent it) Mine got cut out.
