Hi. I have a friend who is 49 years old this year. He feels pain in one side of his head when he rides bicycle over a bump. Does this signify anything? Normally, he does not have any pain in his body. Please reply if you know because this matter is very important to me. This friend does not want to see the doctor. He is a bit stubborn.
