Hi,

i have been on the pill for a year now and I am sexually active. Last month I start my period early by 4 days and it lasted a week. Normally it only last 5 days and the last day is usually light. Then today I noticed I was spotting blood just a little bit and I am 2 weeks away from having my period. What is yalls take on this? Could I be pregnant? Is this normal? When I first started the pill, my first 2 months were a little off but I have had no problems since accept for this last month. Should I buy a pregancy test? Have yall experienced this? Also I have been really moody. Like on minute I am fine, the next I am mad or depressed. Also I got heartburn 2 times last week and that's uncommon for me.

Thanks, kim

It Could Be
It could be that your pills aren't strong enough. Mine weren't strong enough, as I experienced breakthrough bleeding. I am on monophasic pills now, ortho-cyclen, and they have helped tremendously. You should ask your doctor if yours are strong enough for you.
