Ok so I went to Mexico with a couple friends on Saturday and we had fun, went to the clubs, had some drinks. I only had a few cups of beer, maybe 4 little cups and I was sober. I'm the one who drank the least and drove home. I'm a 20 year old male by the way. So after we are finished at the clubs, we decide to check out this strip club at around 4 am. We stay there for about 20 minutes then leave. We sit down for about 15 minutes on the couch. I got a lap dance from a girl before we leave and it was for about 5 minutes or less. I might have touched her vagina once with my fingers. When we are leaving Mexico I realize that I have a cut on the top part of my finger. Not the part that I would have touched the stripper because I DID NOT finger her, but I have just been paranoid over the chance of myself catching a disease like syphilis or most importantly the deadly disease HIv that leads to Aids. Once again I did not finger the stripper and I am 99% sure I didnt not get any vaginal fluids on my fingers. The cut is on the top part of my index finger about 3 centimeters under my finger nail. I decide to go into a clinic today because I am freaked out and paranoid(probably over nothing). the doctor at the clinic said that if any fluids got on the cut there is a chance that I could have gotten syhpilus or hiv from it. I need some answers and some help thanks! I am probably going to try and walkin to my local doctor tomorrow morning but answers or advice would be truly great. thank you. please help
