Is This Testicular Torsion? Posted: 10-10-07 20:10pm
Hi and im 16 years old. The other day I
was at the bowling alley with my
girlfriend(we were outside her brother is
in a league).
We go everytuesday. So i layed down and
she grabbed my penis and started giving me
a handjob. She stopped cause people were
coming outside. SO me and her startd
making out and dry humping(we were behind
the bowling alley standing up), and i felt
an intense pain in my left testicle.SO she
aske dme if i was ok and isaid yes so we
kept going. When i got home there seemed
to be like a sack on the tube connected to
my teste near the testicle, it hurt very
much, so i went home and masturbated and
it seemed the pain went away that night.(
i had experienced this ones before and the
doctor said it could have been testicular
torsion) it feels like my testicle is
awkwardly positioned when i feel it, but
it is not tender or inflamed but the tubes
feel wierd. Any guesses on what this could
be?

The health of your penis is far more
important than whatever time/money you may
use to see the doctor. Go see the doctor,
acute testicular pain is symptom of
potentially serious reproductive health
issues (whether it is a testicular torsion
or not).

Hi joeln and welcome to the forum!!
I agree with MMAFighter- you should go to
the doc. Since you're young it might be
awkward to get your parents to bring you,
but remember you don't have to reveal
anything you don't want to, just tell them
you need to be seen and the doctor won't
tell them anything either (so you can be
100% honest with the doc).

Did i meantion that the lump whent away
but it still the tubes feel wierd when i
apply pressure its the second day now it
happened yesterday around 7 ish it is now
10 today i feel no pain except apply
pressure on the testicle which is
perfecdtly normal

I do fighting as a sport (don't take me as
an aggressive pitbull, I just love the
competition and I use my skills to help
society in many ways). Anyways, once I
overtrained my shin and even though the
swelling disappeared and pain from
applying pressure to the area, my shin was
still visibly weaker than before when I
tried kicking the heavy bag. I think you
should see the doctor.

3rd day without going to the doctors, no
pain,(except for usual pressure applied
pain) no swelling of the testicle and the
tubes are still the same so im thinking
right after it twisted when igot home
about 40 50 minutes later it whent back to
untwisted

Testicular torsion is extremely painful
and would require emergency room care.
However, I'm not a doctor and don't about
them twisting minimally and then
untwisting on their own.
Varicocele, which is a varicose vein of
the testicle, can make the "tubes" feel
weird, soft, or like a bag of worms as
some have described it.
Either way, if the pain comes back get it
checked.

I HAVE HAD TESTICLE TORSION..it hurt a lot
but the testicle goes back to normal, i
have gone to see a doctor about it today
and he says it is testicle torsion.. if it
appeared to be a bit higher up then usualy
during the pain, and if it made u feel
sick or faint then it probaly is torsion.
and also if it felt in an awkurd position
or the wrong way round .... you need to
see a doctor because if it happens tand it
dosn't go back. it can cut off the blood
supply to ur testicle for to long and it
will die . the longer it is twisted..the
longer there is no blood going to it. my
doctor reffered me to a urologist..... GO
SEE A DOCTOR

started again did the same thing andf here
it is again. Hopefully it goes away again

Did you go see the doc? You really should.
You don't have to tell your parents it has
anything to do with sexual activity, just
tell them you are having pain.
