Weird Feeling
Posted: 10-10-07 13:28pm

I'm a kid who suffers panic attacks, for instance. When ever something feels wrong I think something is wrong with me. Like if my chest hurts I feel like I may have something wrong with my lungs. Well I have this weird feeling in the right side of my head, and it's doing it at this moment. It feels as if there is something is side, and it feels kinda warm at the moment. And I don't know if it's just me worrying too much, but my eye's are messing with me. It feels as if my vision is getting blurry. I haven't taken my Sertraline HCL in awhile so I ended up taking 50 mg today. See now going back to what I said about me thinking something is wrong with me when something feels weird. I'm thinking to my self I may have a tumor in my head, so it's getting me all worked up. Now could this just be stress? Lately a friend has been coming over and we stay up late drinking stuff lime mountain dew, till like 3 in them morning playing xbox live. So maybe it's from late nights? I don't know.

Now I'm going to sound like your mother instead of an advisor. First of all, you need to limit the Moutain Dew thing. Not good. Way to much caffine. Then you need to get your days and nights straight. Sleep is very important at your age with school and all. You are not doing yourself any favors by living your young life this way. Try and set a time limit with the Xbox please. Two hours most. Did you know that video games are one of the top reasons of early eye problems. Not counting, it also plays terrible games with your brain. Caffine can cause your heart to go into papatations (fast beats). You should see your doctor and tell him what you have told us and see what he says. Betcha I am closer then you think. Play smart! And sleep smart!
