ya i hated those but cheese just makes you more constipated, u ned to eat fruit or get some dulcolax, its what my doc gave me.
im so bored and tired i feel like im not getting good sleep at night so im pooped. im looking online at houses that are rented to military only

That sucks you are stuck in a hotel...But there are lots of things to do in Raleigh. I just had to go there last week for business. What kind of business is your hubby in? There are some great museums in downtown and I think the State Fair might be going on. You could always catch a cab to the crabtree mall.
If only I was still there, I could take you out and about in downtown Raleigh!!!
