Q: Prego Pillows During a Massage?

Hi, howdy.
I am a massage therapist and I was wondering if any of you mommies have experienced pregnancy massages on a prego pillow.
I work at a spa where we use a system of "Body Cushions" to allow for prenatal massage in the face down (prone) position. I was wondering how they stack up (comfort wise) to something called the "prego pillow".
If anyone knows the difference I would appreciate some feedback.
