i have lower back pain it feels like thiers a ball in my back i keep twisting and crackng my back to relieve pain. ive noticed a fair amount of spasms occuring and im geting worreid now. i am understress , anxiety and suffer from tmj

Haven't you found anyone who could correct your TMJ? Often that can be corrected with manipulation as Hippokrates described 2500 years ago.

If you have cracking proiblems it means that there are facet locks somewhere in your spine. They are all related: back pains, cracking spine, TMJ, tension neck, shoulder pain, back muscle spasms, etc.
