Wellt his morning i was really really stressing school. When i got there i was fine because i knew i had to stay. Thne about 25 minutes into the day i had to run to the bathroom and had diarehha. I also drank a big glass of apple juice which my stomach was not used to. Any suggestions would help. could it be cause i got myself so worked up? or cause maybe a combo of apple juice and getting myself worked up? Thanks for any help you may post.

Sounds like you very well could be right. Stress can effect your intestinal tract. You are talking to one how knows. I face this almost three times a week. Only thing you can do is manage your stress and watch your diet. It this keeps up, I would mention it to your doctor. Could very well be working itself into something I have had for years. Not to worry, just a stomach disorder caused by stress and anxiety. Mine (if I wish) can be controlled by medication. But, I'm on enough med's without adding any more. Wink

That could definitely be why. Smile When I get nervous, same thing happens to me! And apples have that effect on me, regardless... if it doesn't persist, you've probably found the culprit!
