i am having real bad cramps that bring me to my knees and double me over when they strike.....you have those too?

I had cramps so bad I vomited and they did make me weak. However, this is not something you should ignore! The cramps are worrisome, not the color. I would tell a gynocologist about this.

In the meantime, take Pamprin, and get a heating pad. That was the only thing that ever worked for me.
