I am unable to get my pills for this month due to a shortage in cash so what I would like to know is how much will missing a month of pills mess up my cycle? I have been on them for the past three months.

Thank you. Smile

You may or may not get a period this month. You will not be protected from pregnancy (obviously). You're not going to destroy your body or anything, it's pretty safe.

Thank you.

How about if I start them even though I had already missed the first three pills? I know that I may not get a period this month because of that but I'd rather not stop them even if it is for a month because I know my acne will start to come back again and that's the last thing I want.

You can start even if you miss 3 pills, or even a week....

But you are NOT protected against pregnancy until you have taken the pills for one full week.
