Q: Too Early For Ovulex?

I have been on the pill for 9 years now and I stopped taking them in May 07 because me and the hubby are ready to concieve. I know I can get pregnant because I had my daughter when I was 20 without planning it and I'm about to turn 30 so I know my clock is ticking... I get regular periods every 27 days without fail so I thought I was ovulating regularly but I've been charting BBT and using ov test strips and never get possitive results from those methods. Am I getting too impatient? Is it too early to consider Ovulex? Has anyone else had to wait an extra long time after going off the pill?

Thanks for any advice!

I don't think that it is too early to try the Ovulex. I tried it, but it didn't work for me. I have tried it twice now for almost three months both times.

If you are charting, can you post your chart so we can look at them? Do you use fertility friend.com? They make it really easy to post your chart.

I would think that if you take your charts to your doctor, they might be able to tell you if you are or are not ovulating.

Thanks
Thanks for the info. I do not have another appt with my doctor until December. I have not shown her my charts but I plan to. From what I can tell OV is not happening for me. I have pretty steady temps all month long, only a slight increase during the middle of cyles. Maybe the doc can read them better than me. We'll see....
I did sign up to chart on fertility friend.com that you mentioned. That should be easier then writing it every day. Thanks again for the info.

I think I'll wait a couple more months to try Ovulex. Afterall I was on the pill for 9 years. Just getting worried that I'm getting too old....
