Not sure - my take! I've been having dizziness that I thought might be from me not getting enough carbs following this diet, but I think mine is related to anxiety.

The last couple of weeks when my dizziness went away - as I have been working with a therapist on several issues. Today, I felt dizzy for the first time in a while and I was pretty stressed today.

I was very surprised to find out how many of my physical symptoms are caused by my 'mental issues'. Just my take.

Do you drink a lot of caffeine? What about diet?
