I have been having a lot of trouble in this area on and off again. ( I think it's T-3)I went to a chiropractor once but when she applied pressure I thought my rib cage was going to break. Given she had done work on my lower back I was surprised it hurt so much and I backed off. it affects my stomach and rib cage , causes stomach pain, and breathing difficulties due to a lot of gas build up. in the stomach.
I had an MRI done on the spine and it showed a degenerative disc disease I don't think they can do much for it aside from ice and heat applied alternately., along with anti inflammatories. I also take nexium to offset the side effects of the latter.Maybe PT would help with some stretching exercises. Anyone have any ideas
