Q: Does Brith Control help with Acne ?

i thought birthcontrol is suppossed to help with acne... but mine is getting worse Evil or Very Mad whats going on and will this stop after taking the pill longer?

Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. I personally improved leaps and bounds, but it didn't happen immediately.

It could stop after being on if for a while longer, but it might not.

If you want a pill that is more likely to minimize acne, you can tell your doc, because some pills are more known to do it than others. But it doesn't always work for everyone.

That one should help with acne. If your acne is worse from it, it may be a temporary thing if you are relatively new on it. Ultimately it should clear up acne. I'm on a pill with the same progestin, into my 3rd month and still waiting for my acne to clear...

I'm suffer for adult acne and I was using Yasmin for several years and it made a good job keeping my face in great condition without any side effect. You can tell your doctor about them and ask him is their OK for you.
