Q: Radial Nerve Syndrome

Last year I had surgery for my left arm, I do a lot a lifting at work. This year the same doctor says I need surgery on my right are. Anyone have experience with this? I have went to 2 other doctors and they both agree it will take surgery to fix the condition.
