people tell you not to eat vitamins with fiber because it will reuce absorbability. well what about salad? i eat my vitamins with my meals which usually include a salad. i pay a fortune for my vitamins and dont want to reduce their effectivness. does anyone have an answer?
I think it depends on what is in the salad. If your salad includes ingredients with a lot of fiber in them it might. Most fruits and vegetables have a lot of vitamins in them already, so I don't think it would reduce your vitamin take too much.
