Q: Is It Normal?

I have been on Yaz for 50 days now and on my first pack of the pills, I started my periop on the last white pill instead of the first white pill. There are 4 total white pills. Well after I started on the fourth white pill, I've been on my period ever since... Which has been 22 days... I dont think this is normal. People at first were telling me that my body is just reacting to the pill and will stop shortly. But its now going on 23 days and I constantly am bleeding. I dont know what to do. Should I stop taking them or wait till my appointmet next month for the gyno? I dont know what to do. Please help!

I take yaz too, this is my second time being on it. Depending on the person, your period will not always come exactly on schedule. I started right, but I always get my period after the white pills are done. So this isn't necessarily somethign to worry about. But about you having your period for 23 days? That's rediculous. I'm not too sure about that being a reaction from the pill, but I'd look it up and try to find out, and if you can, I'd suggest trying to reschedule your gyno appointment for a sooner time to get that checked out. I hope this helped!
