Q: Wow....i Slipped Away For Awhile And Just Came Back And....

this board has really changed for the better. The moderation seems to be tremendous...and the posters seem to have evolved from little kids throwing insults and name calling....to actual mature individuals discussing abortion pros and cons. Kudos to all who seem to be making this board a decent place to post. Smile

Welcome back Trina!

We've got some great new blood here and the debating has generally been very mature. I've learnt lots of new things which have challenged my opinions.

There are one or two people who seem to just come here to wind everyone up but I'm hoping that if all the sensible people ignore the trollification then the atmosphere of the forum won't be spoilt.

who is comming here to wind everyone up? I haven't noticed. Is it that you call winding up if someone says the thruth to the strongly opinionated pro-choicers in here?

No NA its not. strong opinions are welcome as the facts used to back them up. The rest is just... frivolous Laughing

It has always been my experience that a good differing of opinions(respectfully though of course) is how we learn. If all we had to do was walk around and pat each other on the back because we always agreed with each other....there would be little advancement and even less real knowledge in the world.

Sadly, this portion of the site was dominated by a group-think mentality on the pro-choicers part. They constantly hit below the belt and frightened off many of the young impressionable posters with their brutish tactics. I think we have reigned them in somewhat now. Keep in mind, pro-choicers by their very nature, are always going to be slightly crueler and devilish. That is why they choose control over real life. The justifications never stop with them! I think if you are ignoring me, you would not bother to state you are ignoring me! Kinda like plugging your ears and closing your eyes while singing la la la la...but sneaking a pick every time I post my valid opinions!

Either way, I am most interested in putting opinions out there, so not being engaged in mud-slinging would be best for my purposes at the moment!

Thank you for your consideration.

Many of us are! There are still people responding to him though, and he's going to stick around as long as he gets reactions. So get the word out!

Please continue to "ignore"! Razz

I see your goal is to "get rid of me"...that sounds quite similiar to getting rid of an unborn child. I think it is pretty clear your preferred way of dealing with things you don't like. Very sad...

Embarrassed, everyone is welcome to post on this forum as long as they are not simply causing silly arguments. It's great to have a balance of pro-lifers and pro-choicers.

However, you do seem intent on simply winding people up by repeating the same 'marriage' point over and over. If people wish to ignore you when you do that then I invite them to do so; better that than silly bickering.

I'll agree with Georgia here: I do not support your stance but your arguements are good. I'll debate until the hereafter with someone who makes sense.

Thank you for only very minimally censoring my valid point of view, despite the pressure you are receiving from many of the long time posters, including Birch. My feeling is they make be sick of my points, mainly because they are indisputable and serve as a constant reminder. There will be many people reading this forum after the discussion is done, so if anything, the comments will serve as a counterweight to some of thenonsensical arguments I see presented! Smile

Thank you

what man? I have zero proof a bunch of letters on a screen is a man. can you prove this?

I don't obess over any internet sideliner; I simply disagree with the institutionalization and taxation of interpersonal relationships.

Man, boy, thing, whatever I am, you seem to be obsessed with my valid marital views, in regards to frivolous abortions....
