i have recently been feeling very up and down about life and myself in general. sometimes i'll just burst into tears for no reason or will have a really bad day where nothing makes me happy. is this just me having a rough time or is it something more serious?

You have come to the right place Glynnis! Check out all the other pages in this forum and you will see many people with the same question and the answers that were given. There is a lot of helpful info in response to this question but others have posted their words of wisdom on other pages, check all the other topics in this forum and you will see what I mean.
