My son has recently had blood work to check for celiac disease. Only his tTg-IgG was elevated. His tTg-IgA was normal. Does this mean he doesn't have celiac and something else is causing his problems?

It means that he has elevated markers for celiac disease. IT is not possible to determine with 100% certainty that he has celiac disease based on the testing results he has had. Has your doctor suggested that he have an endoscopy? What kind of symptoms is he having?

*edited to add: Looks like I answered my own question. I see that he is having a biopsy. When is this scheduled?
