Are you planning on doing it, or have you with your kids?? What are you having/had a boy or a girl!

I want to wait until she's older and wants them done. I remember I thought it was sooo cool that I got my ears pierced, and it was something to look forward to cuz I had to wait til I was 6, and not when I was 5....So when I turned 6, it was almost as good as like turning 18, or 21 (or atleast to me it was lol) so I think its like an incentive, or something they can chose to get done on their own, and it'll be more memorable that way...

I wouldnt do it. I would want to wait until my child was a little older and if we had a boy there is no way we would be having his ear pierced, he would have to get that done himself when he is 18 I think. Just a personal choice.

Why does is matter if its a boy or a girl? Your making the choice for them one way or another.

I guess it dont matter, its probably the way I was brought up. Boys dont have earrings and girls have long hair. My dad in his own obscure way was traditional. I have long hair all my life as I was brought up that boys have short girls have long. Girls have earrings boys dont. My bro isnt even allowed to wear his earring in my dads house.

My dad had me wear my hair long too, but as soon as I moved in with my mom, I chopped it off! Lol I hated it at first! So fyi do it gradually if you ever do decided that you want short hair!

Ive thort about short hair but I have really thick hair and when its short it goes curly like a poodle dog, and u know how u hear women complain all the time about those with curly hair want straight those with straight want curly. Im one of them, at the moment its about ur length which is good and its layered which is good.

The first time I had my hair cut short I had it cut into a bob and I cried seeing all the hair on the ground but being a little older now, I dont think I would change it. Maybe when I get to forty and I start to look like a witch with long hair, or after I get married.

I got jaydens ears pierced when she was 2 months old. I have heard of way too many babies getting theirs pierced when they are like a year old, then they play with them and they either get infected or pull them out. And since jayden is so young, she won't remember having them done. I personally don't like seeing little boys with their ears pierced. I think it looks ghetto. No offence jill, this is totally your choice and I think you should do what you and jesse think is right or that you would like. Laughing it also just reminds me of like the early 90's when all the guys were gettin their ear pierced..Haha.

I think it's better to get their ears pierced when theyare young so they won't play with it and they're used to it...I'm getting my daughter's when shes 3 months old...She'll be 3 months on april 13...I have mine pierced and I did since I was young..My neice had hers done at 3 months and she doesn't play with them or pull on them..Shes now 2yrs old..
