Hey everyone
I have a question about Lutera. I just started taking it (ive been taking it for about a week) and have never been on birth control before. The only problem with Lutera that Im having is I feel nauseous and sick to my stomach all the time. I rarely want to eat and I'm very bloated. I also feel very tired all the time. Is this normal when first starting any birth control pill? I'm really hoping these side effects will go away soon!

Yes! Unfortunately those are all very common side effects. Give the pill three months to settle down.

To deal with nausea, change how you take them. If you take them at night on an empty stomach, reverse this and take them in the morning with food. If you take them in the morning with food, then switch and take them at night on an empty stomach.

I was really nauseous on my pill for the first two months or so, but it went away. Just give it time, and do like Eiri said if that doesn't work.
