Q: Symptoms After Hysterectomy - Abdominal Incision

I had a total hysterectomy 18 days ago.Everything fine, except for the stomach growling I am getting every night.It comes with a lot of pain.It happens more at night.During the day I do fine.Is that normal?I had an abdominal incision by the way.Thanks for your answers Question
