Sad As some of you will know, been thru the mill and on valium and prozac.
Had such weird symptoms, tingling, stiff joints, periods all over the place.

Was so pleased as had been feeling much better and period on time (at last) but now, I still have pain in my breasts after period has finished.

My hormone levels are ok etc.,

Someone said stress can cause painful boobs. Anyone else had this?

hugs to you all

Caffeine can also cause breast pain. Do you drink a lot of coffee or soda?

Hi Ingi, Do drink a lot of soda (like pepsi and coke) and about two cups of coffee a day.

Try cutting out some caffeine. It may help.

No problem. I had terrible breast pain for a few months and I asked my doctor about it. He said it was the caffeine, as did another doctor I saw. Now, I'm not giving up my coffee (ever), so I just live with it. Smile

I don't think it happens to everyone. It didn't even happen to me until last year. It was just one of those things that came up. I figured I was falling apart cuz I'm such an old lady Wink

Hmm i've never heard that (about the caffeine), interesting.

I get really sensitive boobs during my period, too though (no caffeine, just bcp's and estrogen!). I just take ibuprofen and deal with it.

Valium and antideps? Do you have bipolar or depression/anxiety? I hope you're doing well. I'd be interested to hear how the medications are working for you (if you don't mind sharing)

Hi everyone, well today, my boob pain is accompanied by tingling in the hands and arms. Dont know if any of this is tied up with the fact that my GP is reducing my valium dosage.
