Q: (urgent) Ear Troubles

Throughout my life I have had constant ear troubles like permanent hearing loss, tinnitus, and constant bleeding of the ears. While those problems have been cleared and taken care of by a doctor, I fear something worse is coming.
For the last week peoples voices have been "degrading" and when people talk to me it sounds like there voice is muffled or sometimes their voice has an undertone that sounds like they were a robot. I do not listen to loud music or work in a loud work environment.
I'm just wondering if i'm on the path of becoming deaf because its kind of getting worse and its not a typical ear problem for me.

All input is appreciated.
