Q: Grapefruit Pills / Juice And Medecine

I have read recently advising not to take grapefruit pills ( containing also Glucomanan, apple cider etc... ) or juice with Trygliceride(or hypertension ) medicine.
On the grapefruit pills bottle it is mentioned `` take your medecine 2 hours later after swallowing the grapefruit pills ``.
I am confused , something is sure : grape fruit pills / juice and medecine dont go together ,but for the whole 24 Hours ?
Other wise I will take my medecine at 6 pm and the grapefruit pills at 6 am
Please help me get a solution as the pills are helping me loose weight with
sport and the tryglicerice medecine ( Lypanthyl 200 ) is a prescripted medecine .
Thank you in advance for the answer
